Update from the World Tea Expo

We have just returned from the World Tea Expo 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia, and can’t wait to share what we experienced. We learned about the role tea has played in history dating back 2000 years in Indian, Chinese, and Japanese cultures. Classes in food pairings with tea have inspired us to post even more recipes using Sea of Tea’s fresh herbal teas.

At the Expo we debuted our new line of health tea and herbal extracts called Green Regime to an overwhelmingly positive response.

We met great people, including our friends at China Mist to our right and the loveliest couple from Taiwan with a line of wild-harvested teas to our left.

We also learned more about the health benefits of Rooibos tea; we will share more thoughts and research on the topic with you. Look for these and more topics and share your thoughts with us on other topics you would like to see.
